2026 Hong Kong High-End Audio Visual Show Report | Swiss Wattson Audio × Dutch Sphinx Embody Quality Minimalist Lifestyle

In addition to the top-tier demonstration systems presented in Rooms S427 and S429 at the audio show, Richcoln this year also drew the attention of many young audiophiles with a sophisticated and stylish compact streaming audio system displayed at the main Hall 3 F01 booth.

At the F01 booth, Richcoln showcased a miniature audio system composed of the Madison Series from Swiss digital pioneer Wattson Audio. The lineup included the Madison Streamer (streaming player with integrated DAC), the Power S external power supply, the Madison Phono phono stage, and two Madison Amplifier power amplifiers operating in monoblock mode.

The Madison Streamer combines high-precision network streaming, decoding, and digital preamplifier functions, supporting PCM up to 32-bit/384kHz and DSD256. It employs Wattson’s proprietary streaming interface module and features precise digital volume control, allowing direct connection to power amplifiers. Also worth mentioning is the Madison Phono phono stage – a new product co-developed by Wattson Audio and its sister company CH Precision, designed and manufactured entirely in Switzerland. It offers three configurable input architectures and even supports optical cartridges, demonstrating Wattson’s comprehensive technical capabilities spanning analogue source front-ends, digital streaming, and amplification.

HRS Rack and Sphinx Element 3: A Perfect Fusion of Aesthetics and Acoustics
Apart from the two Madison Amplifier power amplifiers, all other components were neatly housed in a compact and beautifully crafted HRS (Harmonic Resolution Systems) high-end audio equipment rack. HRS is a US top-tier brand specialising in vibration isolation systems; its audio racks achieve exceptional vibration damping through composite laminated panels and specialised damping materials. The elegant rack not only effectively suppresses resonance interference with the components but also adds a refined visual aesthetic to the entire system.

The loudspeakers used for live demonstrations were the Element 3 compact floor-standing speakers from the Dutch high-end brand SPHINX. The Element 3 features a three-way design with a 0.75-inch soft-dome tweeter, a 4.75-inch paper-cone midrange driver, and a 6-inch paper-cone woofer. Its cabinet employs a robust composite construction combining MDF core with a artificial stone outer layer, delivering excellent stability and resonance control. Coupled with SPHINX’s proprietary Zero Gravity™ bass architecture and an improved transmission-line loading design, the Element 3 produces astonishing presence and musical engagement within its compact dimensions.

This combination of the Wattson Audio Madison Series and the SPHINX Element 3 covers both digital streaming and vinyl music playback. At the show, Richcoln primarily used the TIDAL streaming platform as the music source for demonstrations. The Madison Streamer supports TIDAL Connect, Roon Ready, Qobuz, and various other streaming protocols, allowing visitors to experience the ultimate appeal of high-resolution streaming music on the spot. With its minimalist and elegant design language and outstanding music reproduction quality, the entire system perfectly embodies the listening philosophy of “quality minimalist living.”

At the 2026 Hong Kong High-End Audio Visual Show, the Wattson Audio Madison Series and SPHINX Element 3 system presented by Richcoln at the Hall 3 F01 booth wove together Swiss precision digital engineering, Dutch innovative loudspeaker design, and American top-tier vibration-control rack technology, creating a compact audio system that excels in both visual aesthetics and sonic performance. Whether for the digital generation pursuing high-quality streaming music or traditional enthusiasts who cherish the warm analogue charm of vinyl, this system strikes a resonant chord. For young people aspiring to a quality minimalist lifestyle, the F01 booth was undoubtedly one of the most worthwhile stops at this year’s show.
