In this episode, we take you into the Gorgeous Audio showroom in Wan Chai for an exciting hi-fi demonstration. On site, we have the PEAK Sinfonia loudspeakers, the SME Model 12 turntable (Diamond Finish version), and a full CH Precision Series 1 system (including the 1.1 monoblock amplifiers), each channel driven independently, delivering surprisingly impressive sound. During the event, Andy and Joey (Editor of Audio Technique magazine), selected a number of vinyl records from audiophile grade recordings to nostalgic Cantonese pop songs, that kept the audience completely engaged. The highlight came when “Brother Cho” played a glass CD, and the sound quality was fully unleashed by this setup, leaving everyone wanting more.
