The brand\u2019s three core technologies: ARAY geometry tuning, multi-layer shielding, Taylon\u00ae insulation material<\/strong> The second is multi-layer shielding design. Modern home environments are filled with high-frequency noise generated by Wi-Fi, mobile phones, Bluetooth devices and LED lighting, and this noise can travel through the signal ground wire within the system, increasing jitter. Chord Company\u2019s cables use a multi-layer shielding structure of high-density metal foil combined with braided mesh, together with the exclusive GroundARAY noise-reduction products, which effectively dissipate high-frequency noise as heat.<\/p>\n The third is the proprietary insulation material Taylon\u24c7. This material is used in the flagship ChordMusic and Sarum T cable ranges, avoiding the phase instability and mechanical variations caused by temperature changes in traditional PTFE materials, resulting in a more stable and precise sound performance. Kemsley emphasised that the use of advanced insulation materials such as Taylon\u24c7 and XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) is key to Chord Company\u2019s continuous breakthrough in pushing cable performance to its limits.<\/p>\n Speaking of recent new products, Kemsley introduced the Signature X Power power cable, launched in 2025. This product uses a thicker silver-plated high-purity oxygen-free copper conductor and XLPE insulation material, features an exclusive ARAY geometry design, and incorporates a dual-layer shielding of aluminium foil and high-density braided mesh inside the cable body. This significantly reduces resistance and greatly improves efficiency, completing the final piece of the Signature series puzzle.<\/p>\n Furthermore, Kemsley revealed that the V-Link speaker jumper system will be officially launched in 2026. The V-Link adopts a \u201ccompletely different design thinking\u201d, allowing the signal to reach the speaker\u2019s high-frequency and low-frequency input terminals simultaneously, while removing one connection point in the signal path, significantly reducing distortion. Kemsley detailed Chord Company\u2019s core technologies. The first is ARAY geometry tuning, a concept born in 2012 from the technical director\u2019s experimental improvements to the Sarum cable, aimed at eliminating mechanical noise within the cable and external high-frequency interference. Kemsley further explained that the ARAY technology has been developed into three levels \u2013 Tuned ARAY and Super ARAY \u2013 covering different price points across the product range.<\/p>\n
